Denise has worked with all sizes of organizations, utilities and businesses, from small start ups, Chambers of Commerce, regional entities such as Caltrain, statewide organizations such as Virginia Network of Nonprofit Organizations to companies such as Campbell’s Soup and General Mills. She has worked with Governors, written U.S. Senate Sub-Committee testimony and been involved in a wide range of pro-active activities including winning an award for facilitating within a multi-entity collaboration in downtown Virginia development. Denise has also co-written two books and is currently writing one solo.

Denise’s practical experience is augmented by her formal education. She has a Master’s Degree and has utilized her education and experience working throughout the Nation. She has also created university curriculum and taught university courses including fund development, leadership, social media marketing/sales and international business. Denise has been on regional economic development boards, workforce development boards, nonprofit boards, etc.
